Customer satisfaction is the key to our success. Therefore, we are dedicated to providing you with the best quality service. If you are unhappy with your purchase, as long as you contact us within 7 days from the receipt of the item, we will process your return/exchange request. Any request after 7 days will not be honored. Please make sure to contact us by email (support@mofage.store ) at first.

Return & Exchange Conditions

1.Items returned without authorization will not be accepted.
2.Items must be returned within 7 days after you receive them.
3.All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items:
Damage/Lost caused by customers are non-refundable.

Accessory orders will not be accepted for refund.All accessories purchases are final. If you are not sure whether the accessory you want to order will work with your POCO please email support@mofage.store to confirm before you order.

General Return Process

1.Initiate a return: Please email us at support@mofage.store with photos and/or videos of the items and let us know your order number. Our customer service staff will determine the eligibility for your return request within 3 business days.
2.Ship the item back: If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. (Note: Items returned without authorization will not be accepted). Once package was picked up by post office, please provide us the tracking number.
3.Refund or exchange: when we receive your return/exchange, we will inspect the item in 2 working days and then provide a replacement for an exchange or issue a refund.

Return Charge

1.If the return is due to our problems (such as: incorrect products, quality problems of products), we will provide a full refund for you;
2.If the return is due to the buyer’s problem (such as: don’t like/want the item, ordered a wrong product/size), the buyer should pay the freight.

Note:For any returns or exchanges, we will charge you the original shipping cost and a return shipping fee of $20-$50 (varies by model and shipping cost).

Refunds
1.Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, the refund will be provided to the original method of payment within 5-10 working days.
2.If you haven’t received the refund within 5-10 working days, please check your bank account again. Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before a refund is official posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@mofage.store .

Kindly note that our pricing is based on the US dollar and may fluctuate slightly based on real-time currency exchange rate movements in different places when you get a refund.

Order Cancellations

1.If you want to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order (in unshipped condition) to receive a 100% refund.

2.We cannot cancel an order which has already been shipped. Please contact us for the return address after you receive the order and we will arrange to give you a refund once we receive the goods. The shipping cost of the return will be your responsibility.

3.We also cannot cancel custom order that have already been produced, as it is your custom order and we cannot sell to other customers.
